ict active in West Yorkshire

ict active moved into West Yorkshire in 2009 and, most notably, into Yorkshire’s biggest city, Leeds.

Leeds is fast becoming one of the key centres for office space outside of London and already four high-end properties have signed up to the ict active scheme.

One Leeds property has already established itself as a flagship commercial property with ict active by achieving Leading Edge status. Round Foundry Media Centre has become the first office space in West Yorkshire to successfully pass ict active at the highest level.

The building, which is the sister building to Electric Works in Sheffield (another ict active Leading Edge property) provides high quality, contemporary office space located near the centre of Leeds.

Leeds Innovation Centre, Innovation Hub and Bioincubator are the other three Leeds commercial properties to have become ict active recently. All three have achieved the Excellent rating, which is the highest level for part-fitted offices.

ict active is also present in other areas of West Yorkshire, with accredited properties in Huddersfield and Otley. Brooke’s Mill in Huddersfield is the first property in the city to be ict active.

In late 2009, The Media Centre became Huddersfield's first Leading Edge office space provider. The modern and stylish centre is a flagship development in West Yorkshire.

Wharfebank Business Centre in Otley is also now ict active.

ict active is constantly looking to expand its portfolio across each area of Yorkshire and Humber and there are currently several more properties in Leeds, Huddersfield and beyond undergoing the ict active process
