ict active has several flagship office space properties in North Yorkshire.
York Science Park IT Centre is York’s first Leading Edge commercial office space.
The IT Centre, which is used by the University of York, was the first UK Science Park to offer dedicated IT, bio and knowledge-based incubation space on a single site. And now it is the first science park in the UK to have an ict active property on site, making the centre a flagship building in both York and nationally as a member of the UK Science Park Association (UKSPA).
The other York ict active office space is The Edge. Situated on Hospital Fields Road in the Fulford area of the city,
The Edge has been developed by Shepherd Developments, part of the York-based Shepherd Group.
Towards the end of 2009, two more North Yorkshire properties became ict active.
The Evron Centre in Filey achieved an Excellent rating under the scheme.
Elsewhere in the region, Southfield in Harrogate also became ict active.
