Wharfebank Business Centre’s converted mill building provides 55 units ranging in size from 215 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft. The two main multi-occupancy buildings are Pegholme Mill and Wharfebank House.

Each building on the site has its own security system and all units are protected by lock and key. Some units also have key fob access and metal gates, with tenants able to access their units 24/7. There is also 24-hour CCTV security at the site.
