The centre has approximately 75 business units and offices, spread over the two buildings. The older of the two buildings is known as Phase 1 and the newer building is known as Phase 2.

The Phase 1 Building is a converted warehouse-type, consisting of offices arranged on both sides of a corridor in a rectangular ring around a central light well, which is used to allow the internal offices to have access to natural daylight.

Phase 2 Building is a purpose built office space and is also operated on a part-fitted basis, with tenants being responsible for arranging their own ICT services from external providers.

Being located just 100m away from the Phase 1 building, it shares the same availability of ADSL and fibre optic/cable services for broadband, which makes it a good prospect for any business requiring these services.
