Thorncliffe Park is a 22 acre site located off Junction 26a of the M1. The site comprises of a range of new and old buildings. They offer 400,000 sq. ft. of existing mixed and managed office accommodation, industrial units, workshops, storage and distribution. The property is available to a range of businesses from SMEs to regional offices of large companies such as Balfour Beatty.
