The Edge

The Edge has two floors each covering 7,200 sq ft with a user capacity of approximately 150-160. On both levels of the building there is a raised floor under which there are fixed wire cages that run the length of the building. These feed floor boxes which are provided for the installation of power and ICT services throughout the building. There is also good mobile phone coverage throughout.

Tenants of The Edge are responsible for making their own arrangements for telephone and internet services. ADSL and SDSL services are available, and there may also be the potential to establish a wireless link to the old Terry’s Chocolate Factory nearby.

The development has been designed for un-managed occupancy and therefore tenants would have 24-hour access to the property. The building and car park are surrounded by a security fence.

It is ideally suited to a business that wishes to occupy all of one or both floors and that requires an open-plan set-up with the ability to provide ICT to all workstations, for example, a call centre.
