St. Peters Avenue is a residential property converted to provide two meeting rooms and multiple small offices spread over three floors.

The e-Factor is a government funded initiative with North East Lincolnshire Council that aims to inspire and encourage enterprise across Grimsby, Immingham and Cleethorpes.

The e–Factor aims to create and manage a range of facilities and incubation spaces that meet the needs of new start business which are not currently available in the market place. These centres will also provide bases within the community for e-Factor enterprise coaches and business advisors to support clients on their journey into enterprise.
