Sorby House is a newly refurbished 1960s office block which was funded as part through Burngreave New Deal. The building provides contemporary mixed-use space for businesses & local services. The site is located on Spittal Hill in Sheffield which is within easy reach of both the city centre and the M1.

There is copper cabling throughout which leads back to a centrally located comms room. 10Mbps internet is provided through an Ethernet leased line and it is possible to run VPN over this connection and static IP addresses are available. Web hosting and email facilities are available through each tenant's ISP. Telephone handsets are provided and both voicemail and VoIP are available. The telephony system also supports conference calls.
