It is at the heart of the Margetson Crescent neighbourhood centre in Parson Cross and is easy to access from the M1.

Managed by SOAR Enterprises (a locally based social enterprise), the building has been designed to combine a flagship design to impress clients with functional workspace for businesses.

The building brings together businesses from a range of sectors and provides serviced offices, workshops and light industrial units, artists studios, meeting & conference rooms and hot desking space and virtual tenancy facilities.

The building has been designed to create a community of businesses and interaction is encouraged through the atrium at the heart of the building bringing together tenants, visitors and customers, whilst connecting the centre of the building with a landscaped courtyard that encourages the social use of external spaces.

The building has state of the art ICT and telephony services, hot-desking space and central support services to accommodate drop-in and virtual tenants and can also be used to host business meetings, events and conferences, helping to create a vibrant, creative, dynamic business community within Parson Cross.
