All main doors and the doors to communications room are securely locked. There is also an alarm and CCTV system on site which is monitored by a third party. The main entrance has a security gate which is closed overnight however tenants are given a fob to allow 24/7 access.
There is an individual, well-specified three-phase power supply to each unit.
Overall the ICT offerings on site are to a high standard and the operator clearly pays a lot of attention to the current and future needs of their tenants.
