Leeds Innovation Hub

The Hub consists of 17 offices covering a total of 6,000 square feet. It provides fully serviced office accommodation and business support to innovative companies, with an emphasis on health and biosciences.

Leeds Innovation Hub is one of three properties managed by Leeds Innovation Centre, which is located next door.

The Hub is used by the University of Leeds and is in very close proximity to its properties. Businesses currently in the Hub are mainly associated with health or bioscience sectors.

The Innovation Hub is located on a landscaped University of Leeds campus, situated only a couple of miles away from Leeds city centre.

High-speed internet should be available due to the property’s close proximity to University buildings. There is a custom-made comms room for tenants of the Hub and tenants can easily set up their own wireless internet. The telephone service is supported by an in-house team at the Hub.
