Ignite is a development of eight business units located just off Junction 34 of the M1. The units will range in size from 5,000sq ft to 25,000sq ft but will have the potential to expand. Ignite @ Magna is suitable for business, general industrial and distribution and warehousing.

There will be 24/7 access to the buildings via swipecards and fobs and the whole site is covered by CCTV and alarms. The units are available to buy or can be rented on 5-10 year leases. Tenants can move straight in on exchange of the contracts but installation of ICT is the customer’s responsibility.

The units have moveable floor boxes and have an accessible suspended floor plenum. There will be 10KVA per 100sqm power supply which is handled per unit. The units will have the basic facilities for the installation of structured data cabling including dado trunking providing capacity for cabling to be easily run throughout the building. ADSL, SDSL and leased line internet are all available in the area through fibre and copper cabling. It is possible to receive mobile signal across the whole site.
