Fountain Precinct is a multi-storey office block located in central Sheffield offering up to 124,000 sq ft of usable workspace. It is set-up with long term tenants in mind, offering longer leases and a blank canvas for companies to install their own facilities into.

It has a concierge and a partial swipe-card security access system which is due to extend across the whole building shortly and the offices are very light with floor to ceiling glazing.
