Electric Works is situated in the heart of Sheffield in the Digital Campus. It is very close to the railway and bus stations and a short walk from the city centre. The building features offices that vary from 215 sq ft to 5,500 sq ft in size with a total capacity of around 500 users.

Electric Works has an easy in/easy out set-up, allowing businesses and visitors to quickly and easily access the Internet, emails and other ICT services available.

The building also has a drop-in type facility which is charged at a monthly rate, in addition to a video editing suite, conference room and various other meeting and project rooms. As a result there is scope to accommodate and provide facilities to a large number of visitors.
