It has been converted to a Business Centre and Conference Venue offering three conference and training rooms, together with a full catering service, presentation equipment and back-up office support if required.

The Business Centre also has serviced office accommodation of varying sizes, catering to small to medium sized companies.

In tandem with the main building, the centre also has 12 innovation workshops/offices, aimed at businesses primarily involved in promoting innovation, know how and technology transfer, sited in the converted stable building.

The services of the main building are equally available to tenants of the Innovation Centre. There is on-site parking for tenants and the centre is in easy reach of major road and rail networks.
