The ground floor is partially converted and occupied by a Fashion retailer.

The first floor consists of a large office of approx 35m2 and a second office of approx 7m2. The second floor consists of three offices of approx. 8m2, 18m2 and 16m2 which includes a kitchenette and toilet.
