Brookes Mill

Brooke’s Mill is a renovated 19th century wool mill situated in the south of Huddersfield.

The premises were converted into office space in 1994. The building is situated in a conservation area and has been converted with an emphasis on sustainability.

Brooke’s Mill has several different buildings available with a user capacity of approximately 190 occupants. The offices range in size from 50 to 450 sq m. The operators of Brooke’s Mill are currently developing a further six 450 sq m and five 300 sq m open plan offices. Brooke’s Mill offers open-plan office studios for business from a range of industries.

Currently, there are more than 30 occupants including charities, general offices and creative businesses (including a film studio, gallery and dance school).
