Acres Hill is a development of four two-storey office buildings just off Parkway in Sheffield. It is aimed at SMEs with each building housing approximately 50 people.

There is 24 hour entry to the building via lock and swipecard access. Security facilities cover all of the offices as well as communal space. This property is aimed at long term tenants who want to install their own ICT set-up. Leases range from five to ten years and all ICT facilities are the responsibility of the occupier.
