The Quadrant is a modern business centre with suites ranging from 269 sq ft to 3,000 sq fit. It is situated just off Sheffield Parkway, the main link road between Junction 33 of the M1 and Sheffield city centre, and offers easy access (five minutes) to the M1, city centre and Sheffield train station. The Quadrant is certified as leading edge.
The Quadrant is aimed at easy-in, easy-out tenants with flexible contracts and ICT facilities available from the outset.
