Directions Finningley is an Aviation & Airport academy based at Robin Hood Airport near Doncaster. In addition to the academy the organisation offers a range of self-contained business units. The building is located close to the A1M and M18 Motorways.
Direction Finningley’s target tenancy is primarily start-up aviation-based businesses. The business units are also available for temporary accommodation, overflow space or as satellite offices for existing businesses and are operated on easy-in / easy-out terms. The business incubator is open on a 24 hour basis using a secure swipe card system and there are also alarms and CCTV throughout the building.
Companies can access the ICT infrastructure as soon as they move in. This includes Cat5 cabling, two or 10Mbps leased line internet and conference call facilities, a VoIP system is due to be installed shortly. There is permanent technical support provided both over the phone and in person.
