The Evron Centre, in Filey town centre, is celebrating after achieving top marks.
The Evron Centre, on John Street in Filey, has achieved the Excellent rating under ict active.
The Scarborough Council-run centre is the first in the area to receive this important award.
Nick Butterworth, Centre Manager, said, “We signed up to ict active to benchmark our property against similar commercial properties in the area. It presented us with an ideal opportunity to look at what we offer our tenants and how that stands up in the region against other office spaces.
“What has come out of being ict active is the fact that we compare very well with other properties in the region and that we currently offer a very good service to our tenants.
“We believe that it has also given us a unique way of marketing ourselves. We can now point tenants in the direction of ict active to show them the quality of services that we provide. And in turn, The Evron Centre is now present on the ict active website, giving us further exposure to potential clients.”
